haha oh wow maybe he was just cynical or sth? it's good black humor for the crackerbarrel, but for a judge it should be more than enough for a dismissal. _________________

That's the good and bad thing about freedom of speech. The good thing is people can say stupid shit without consequence. The bad thing is that people can say stupid shit without consequence. _________________ Support me on Patreon!

I just made my seminar paper about censorship, and trust me, in the least cases you are able to speak freely. there's no such thing as freedom of speech for a judge, let alone for an official. if the judge doesn't get dismissed for that, he has a LOT of friends in the upperclass _________________

No he has the right to say what he likes and his constituents have the right to vote him out. Democracy at work. Soldiers are the only people who don't have freedom of speech, and rightly so. _________________ Support me on Patreon!

officials are restricted too. I tried to find something about your "civil service law", but I can't come up with the proper terms. there normally are paragraphes like
"the official may not express against the free democratic constitution"
or
"the official may not harm the reputation of the officialdom"
most countries have that, I'd be surprised if the USA stood out there.
besides, there are restrictions for every citizens freedom of speech, like householder's rights, insulting an official or youth protection. _________________

Officials cannot damage the reputation of the office in which they hold? Then how in the hell have we had presidents like Bush and Obama?
Sure officials are generally discouraged from making disparaging comments about their office, and soldiers cannot speak ill of their commander, but at the end of the day these acute policies mean very little in a world which is rapidly considering any kind of standard an infringement of freedom. _________________ Support me on Patreon!

Eff that so hard.
That statement is, in a nutshell, why I hate society. _________________

And it's smacks of hypocrisy. You can freely talk about being gay and but if you say that homosexuality is immoral you are bashed upon and sued. Eff this so hard, as you say. _________________ Support me on Patreon!
