Prepare to pay a hefty fine, then.
Yes, Hungary has apparently decided to deal with its homelessness problem by making it a crime. €445 fine ($600), and possible jail time.
Let me repeat that. They're fining people who can't afford a roof over their heads.
Let's make credit card debt illegal in North America. That'll get rid of the problem. _________________

which leads to the question: why are these people homeless in the first place? are they victims of extremely unfair conditions, or are they just lazy, uneducated and constantly under the influence of something?
I know those are two extremes, but I can't see any realistic middle ground. _________________
