As some of you may have seen on my facebook, there was a customer of ours today who wanted an extension on her phone bill because she claimed to have lost her son in the Boston Marathon attack.

1) we're a virginia based company
2) the girl was 19.
3) this is bullshit.

The reason i post this in here is a question of what some people consider bad behavior. I wouldnt say this is up there with like rape or murder but its pretty damn bad.

call the police, that's fraud. that's what I would do, and try to keep her in a chat until the police arrives

I kind of want to punch them in the face now.


I get this sort of stuff at my work rarely, but most people just get mad they have to take up their bill price with the actual company instead of me.
