TerraEarth.com // Illusion of Gaia // Bosses: Castoth Make sure you have at least one Herb when you star the fight. Hit both of his hands five times each and then hit his face as many times as possible. When he start shooting lasers and fireballs, run around the room trying to dodge them the best you can. Viper This boss is very simple. Just keep hitting him as he flies across the screen, keeping in mind to dodge the feathers. This is about the only strategy you need. Jack and Sivana These guys are really tough! Make sure you use Freedan, and have plenty of Herbs on hand. There is a time limit, but you shouldn't have to worry about that. Focus your attacks on one of them first, and then finish the other one off so you can save Erik. Your best bet is to use Freedan's Dark Friar attack or to swipe them while staying as far away from them as you can. Sand Fanger This one isn't too hard. Just dodge the projectiles that he throws at you and use Will's flute to hit him when his head emerges from the sand. You might have to use an Herb, but you should have no problem at all. Mummy Queen The Mummy Queen can be pretty tough to defeat. Make sure you use Shadow. She will either split herself into spirits and fly around the room chasing you, or she'll transform into a bunch of spirits and chase you. She will also drop boulder like things down on you so be ready to dodge those. When she is flying around the room as a spirits, hit the spirit that is really her and then attack her. After awhile, she'll be history. Chaos Comet This part is pretty easy. Stay on the bottom of the screen, on either side of the mouth, and just keep sending Firebirds towards the mouth. When it opens, it'll take damage. To avoid the acid rain, you can just move out of the way, or use Aura to melt and avoid damage. This battle isn't too hard. It only has 20 HP but high defense. Dark Gaia Dark Gaia is the last boss in the game. Expect attacks from blue balls and bolts from the far sides of the screen. Destroy as many balls as possible and use the Aura when Gaia charges up bolts. When she cocks her head up, that's the time to aim for the face. Don't take too long, though, because in a second she'll use this beam on you that takes a lot of damage. Keep hitting her when she cocks her head up, and keep hitting the blue balls. You just might win eventually. |
