Illusion of Gaia:Soul Blazer 2. The Protectors' Disclaimer:We don't own IoG, Enix does.We own Bettina, however. This is our version, a bit complicated. Here's the story's prologue!(By the way, in this part, Will doesn't have the headband. You'll understand why he does have one in his adventure in this.) -Father, are we there yet?ask a 13 years old boy with sandy-blond hair and big blue eyes. The man next to him(it's up to you to imagine him)shoke his head. -No, we are not there yet, Will.We can see it, but we're not there. The boy named Will sighed; he didn't feel like waiting. They've been in that boat for a week now.He could see that tower, the Tower of Babel. -I would love it to enter this place...he mutted.Since both was at the end of the boat, they didn't see the land comming into view. -Olman!We have found land near the Tower!said one of the following explorers. -All ready? Will ask. It's about time we get there! Olman, horrified of his son's anwser, quickly shove his hand on the new teen's mouth. -I'm extremely sorry about my son's anwser. He is-was very impatient. Turning to Will, he scowled him. -Will...never say that ever again, you heard me? -Yes...I appologies. -Good.You promise me that you'll never say that again? -I promise, Father. Now I can see it better, Father!Just look at how many windows it has!he exclaimed.Olman laughed for joy as the boat accoasted on the land. The crew left the boat, and marched to the Tower. Will was amaze how tall it was. Then came the time the young man waited. They enter it.They've enter the Tower of Babel. -Wow!exclaimed Will as he looked around. The ceiling was high enough to be inside the shadows. The place...looked so ancient. The explorers search everything to find clues of the past. -Will, come over here, mentioned Olman as he opens something at an altar and he picked up an object. He showed it to his son.It was a flute made out of a purple stone. -I want you to have this in rememberance of this day, Olman told Will. The boy took it, and took a look at his flute.Suddenly, the tower shook with violence.Boulders fell all over the place. -Will!Get out of here, NOW!yelled his father. Will hesistated, what should he do?It wasn't long to decide, a huge boulder came between him and Olman. -Dad!Don't leave me!he begged. -WILL!JUST GET OUT OF THIS PLACE!his father yelled. He didn't want to be harsh, but this was critical.Just as Will ran towards the exit...a small boulder with a shape edge hit him right on the forehead, leaving a thick wound on his head.It started to bleed really bad. -Come on, Will, you can do it!he thought as the blood came into his eyes.He ran out, and went to the boat when a huge wave came on him.The wave took him, and as his consciousness got away, he felt something being press on his forehead... ~Three days later, at South Cape~ -All righty, mates(I know, they're not british, but I like that!), these days the King wants use to have more fishs, so we have to work more, said the main sailor to the other. Then one of the sailors spot something. -Captain!Look!Someone's in the water drown! We must see who it is! The boat came closer. The person turned out to be... -Will!Not Will! Not Olman's son...no, it can't be!the captain said. -What's on his forehead?another sailor ask. There was something on it...sea weeds. They pick him up and the captain put his ear on the poor boy's chest. Then he heard a sound of life, a heart beat. -The boy isn't dead! He's still hanging on!he exclaimed. He put the sea weeds away and gasped. His forehead was stiched. The tips of his bangs was red. -This boy...he won't wake up soon...and the king's gonna come tomorrow... -What shall we do with him? -I'll go see his grandparents. They must expect them now. -And what's on his back?!?ask a third sailor. -It must be a flute... In one of the houses in South Cape lived Lola and Bill, Will's grandparents. Then at the door came a knock.Lola came to answer and saw the sailor with Will in his arms. -He's not in a good shape, Lola.I suggest you get the healer soon, he told her. -Oh, my.Where is the rest of the explorers? -I've only found him, Lola.I also found this, he said showing the flute. -Oh, no...bring him upstairs, Bill's going to show the way... Than at that time, a young girl about eleven years old came in.She had amazing resemblance to Will:same hair and eye color. But she looked like someone living on the streets. -What's going on?Was that Will?she ask.Lola looked at her and the girl knew it fast. -Oh...is it really bad? -He got stiched, Bettina...oh, what if the King discover it? -I think it's better not to lie.My parents are in the prison because of all the lies they told. That's why I'm the orphan of the streets... ~The next day~ As Bettina heard the sound of horses coming, she yelled from the top of her lungs: -THE KING HAS ARRIVED!THE KING HAS ARRIVED! The whole town came in two strait lines as the King, Queen and their Princess came with a groupe of soldiers. All of them bowed and the King came to Bettina. -Little orphan of the streets...I demand your explication of this yelling instead of a horn blow? -Uh...yes...well, you see, the horn is broken and we are curently repairing it, it could've been finish if we weren't in greif...uh...yeah...that's all your Royalness, she add as she bowed. The King's eyes narrowed a bit of anger. -And what would be the cause of the grief?he demanded again. -Uh...William Stevenson, your Royalness, sire.Extreme injury, sire. -Hummmmm...so the boy has come.Is the rest of the crew here, young girl? -Well...no, sire he was the only one.I'd have to say the expedition was lost and he is the only survivor. -Very well. Now, I would love to... ~Three days later~ -Uhhhhhh...where am I?ask Will as he touched his forehead. He felt a lump of dried blood on where his scar was. -Wha-he was cut by his grandmother's voice. -Will!Will, do you fell alright? -I guess so.What happen?I was suppose to be at the tower of Babel... -Oh, no...did you lost your memory of that time?Do you remember anything? -Nothing, not even a little scent. -Can you tell me where did you get that flute?she ask, showing the flute.A bit of memory got to him. -Dad gave it to me... Melanie's note:Not bad, no?We own the last names! Lionel's note:And we own the scar. Not that I'm a scar lover like Mei~Lyne! Mei~Lyne's note:But that scar's awful! It's uneven, and it's a bit too thick! The other two's note:*sigh*
