Sempai: someone older than you that you look up to. Used in most school anime/manga settings when the underclassmen call the upperclassmen "sempai". |

For the button, since there's no web address on that one (because it would have looked horrid), put the link on the image. ([a href="http://www.terraearth.com/forums"][img src="http://tebutton.png"][/a], but with the http:// address for the picture in the image thing, and with "<>" instead of "[]" around the coding)
