Miyoko Kobayashi and Masanori Hikichi.
Terranigma was the only game that Miyoko Kobayashi worked on music-wise, and Masanori Hikichi worked on one other game soundtrack; Power of the Hired (パワー オブ ザ ハイアード)

I tried to Lime Wire Terranigma songs but al it gives is remixes, no OST.
