i stopped playing a while ago, but i heard they completely screwed the game by severely restricting trading and by completely removing free-for-all pvp? (not that it ever was truly ffa but at least you could attack whoever, whenever in the wildy instead of the new crap)
and im still playing pokemon emerald, and continuing my terranigna warcraft map. making items and slight cosmetic changes. _________________

Few updates were made to Wilderness but not totally remove player-killing. Just new minigames and "security guards/features" added to it to prevent the bots, real-world trades, and scams (minigames to fill the large gaps). Trading system were updated to stop the bots and real-world trades too. We have Grand Exchange which players can trade with others in any worlds and Price check to make trading easier rather than paying too low or higher than regular prices. I dont see any farming bots in RS since security updates.
Players usually whining about RS updates. I dont care but adapt what I could to playing better. _________________

i find the updates wouldnt really hinder anyone who plays by themselves and doesnt PK, but what about those who had friends of theirs convince them to start? i know before the updates i used to always make my friends full steel and a couple of good amulets, just to save them the bother of having to get all that stuff while worrying about what skill to level, and how.
its just irritating how, although Jagex has the best intentions for the game, they end up making the game less fun for new players with already experienced friends. _________________

Trauma Center: Under the Knife 2.
Much easier than the first, thanks to multiple difficulty levels.
Gotta say though, the story ended flat. (Spoilers below... quote me to read them.)
The remnants of Delphi still kicking around was promising, even if Adam's grandson did kind of come from nowhere. And the idea of mutated GUILT and Neo-GUILT was also a great idea (and I thank Christ that of the 3 returning GUILTs, Triti wasn't one of them). Aletheia was a great finale too.... even better, I think, than Savato. But the story.... that Neo-GUILT was masterminded by one dude trying to resurrect his comatose wife... that just all seemed a little extreme.
Not that you don't have to suspend your disbelief for these games in the first place, but this guy unleashes a global plague on everyone to get his wife back? Overreact much?
But it was definitely worth playing. The variety of surgeries was a nice change (unlike the first one, where after GUILT was introduced, every surgery was a GUILT surgery). And after a bit of a break from all the operating, I'll go back to it again. I did with the first one. _________________

I finally came to play BRAWL! It really is awesome, me and my buddy played it for about 7 hours non-stop, without drinking sth or going to the toilet. We still haven't seen anything.
The only thing that sucks is the controlling. There's nothing wii-like in it. _________________

I picked up The World Ends With You. Haven't gotten far yet, but this battle system seems confusing as hell. Just managing the bottom screen is taking a little work to get the hang of it.
Also picked up Final Fantasy IV, which I'll get to after this one. _________________

I'm currently trying to beat Super Mario World: Yoshi's Island GBA on the DS .. I beat it once on snes, but it seems to be really hard this time for some reason, even though it's the same game. I'm on world 6 and can't seem to pass the level .. ahhh ;( _________________ Whenever there's light, there are shadows.

Awesome, I just beat Yoshi's Island on SNES like, a week ago.
But, yeah, I just finished Banjo-Kazooie this week, so I thought about giving Banjo-Tooie a try. Is it as good as the first one? _________________
