Philosophical Issues in Terranigma

Ah man, I'm reading all these things here that are painfully tempting to bite into but.. heheh, unfortunately I lack the time and patience to coherently structure all my own little opinions and views on some of the issues you raised.

Well in order to turn this into not a completely useless addition to the topic however, how about looking for an explanation for this rather.. questionable moment?

Neotokio, the underground path in the pub next to the noodle bar. That's where these kind of things can apparently occur sometimes!

As for my gem balance, it does seem rather high in comparison to say, yours, doesn't it? D: So maybe the board really likes me, or perhaps my gems are just very very little microscopic things.. whatever the case I just hope my billions won't distract people too much from more relevant issues like, Ark's remarkable affections for salarymen under certain conditions.

I'm actually from the Netherlands, but that's not really a place where in general people type like me or anything. It's more of a personal symptom.. I hope.

Oh well if even the admin hmms at my balance, I suppose I could add that it's the result of nothing interesting, just a silly glitch, not one necessarily exploited with intention but I do have a pretty good idea of what it is. It's just that there's little use to telling people about it, especially not in some unrelated topic that someone clearly invested an.. astounding amount of effort in.

So how come you know these Dutch insults? Do you have friends or relatives living over here?

Well, since many big download-boards require a minimal amount of posts I've seen a lot of the possibilities of directly influencing things like postcounters and boardcurrency. But I shall not care, since you can't buy too much with the gems here anymore *gazes at rainichan*

Oh right, I think I noticed that when skimming through the member list (don't ask me why I'd do that). It also made me aware of the general overrepresentation of Dutch forum members, but I guess with a board focussing partially on Terranigma a certain share of european members is a given.

Well at least I won't be teaching you bunch of kankerlijers any more foul words like kutje.

Who is Ark:
Now, to add a bit of my theory, I consider Ark to be an error of Dark Gaia OR a . Him being outside the loop of Fate means (for me) that he is Light and Dark or (none at all) and this way his outcome can't be anticipated by either Gaia. I consider him to being what mythologies define as a Trickster-God, a god that has a powerful free-will and who will be alternatively good or bad.
In my opinion Ark is Dark Ark and Light Ark, through his initiation journey: from darkness into the light.

Astarica:
In a Japanese fan-site it is said that the actually what happened at Astarica is this: Ark had a vision/interactive vision of the preparation of the last Hero for battling Dark Gaia. Maybe the last Hero *is* now Ark and that is the flaw in Dark Gaia's perfect town, Crysta.
