You have a person strapped to the front of a steamroller, and they have 10 minutes to grab keys to their restraints from a vat of AIDS infected needles with their one free hand before they get splattered. Oh, and here's the funny part. The key doesn't work.

It's the only way they'll appreciate life.

No, no. You have to gouge out somebody's eyes, cut out their tongue, remove their fingers, puncture their eardrums and pierce their olfactory nerve. Before you deafen them, however, you tell them who you are, and then mock them, saying that they'll never be able to communicate who it was. Then you leave them alive in that conditon in a country where euthanasia is prohibited.
