I was hoping to surprise everyone on TE's Ninth anniversary with not only a new trivia contest (More to come on that) but also the first few chapters of my long delayed (and perhaps awaited?) continuation of my TE fan fic, The Crisis Of Infinite TerraEarths. However... I've become involved in another project, and it's taken up alot of my free time. It is another writing project, and I'm happy to announce it is going amazingly well.
See, the reason TCOITE Part One took so long was that I like to hand-write everything I do first- thus, I then have to type it up, forcing me into the re-write and edit process, something I dread doing. So, I had to type up something like forty handwritten pages to bring The Crisis to the web.
So now, I'm writing another fiction that I will (Sorta) debut (eventually) on my fanfiction.net account. Weirdly, it's a story I had started writing over five years ago, and just stopped all together.
I had gotten something like four chapters into it when I stopped. Then, out of the blue, another idea I had around the same time came into my head, recently. It dawned on me I could combine the two concepts, and viola- I've been on the maddest writing streak of my life. As it stands, I've written 102 handwritten pages in 13 or so days. I'm just about to start the twenty-second chapter.
Unfortunately, I can't tell you what it is I'm writing, in fear I might spoil something if anyone was interested in reading it. Also, anytime I seem to tell people about what I'm writing it just dies, for whatever reason.
So, as I finish this current project (Hopefully it doesn't take two years to finish) I'm gonna get right back to TCOITE, Part 2- and hopefully have some of it out before the end of the year. That's my update, and I'm sticking to it.
