Okay, so this is my idiotic system that I used to use:
STR: Pounds I can bench/2 (I can currently bench 70 pounds, so my STR rating is 35... and yeah, I know I'm weak.)
DEF: Number of sit-ups I can do in 2 minutes (because this tones your stomach... currently around 42.)
MAG: Not sure how to do this, so I base this around the average of how many minutes each day I meditate. Usually rate 15 minutes a day or so...
SPD: Seconds remaining in my mile run to reach 15 minutes/ 10.
[This is complicated... I can run about a 12 minute mile if I push myself... horribly slow. That leaves 3 minutes or 180 seconds. I divide this by 10 and get a SPD rating of 18. If I took longer than 15 minutes to run a mile, my rating would be 1.]
END (endurance): Number of push-ups I can do in 2 minutes. Like 10 if I push it...
AGI: Average minutes a day I do Yoga. (Again, like 15).
It was just silly little stuff like this that passed the time, XD.
So my final stats:
STR: 35
DEF: 42
MAG: 15
AGI: 15
END: 10
SPD: 18 _________________ Support me on Patreon!

I don't know the values of any of those things for me (and in my case, I don't do yoga or meditate), because I don't exercise.
And I'm too lazy to find out.
I don't know if I've run a mile over my lifetime. _________________

i think MAG should be something tied to intelligence/iq, not meditation. meditation seems more a spirit/wisdom stat. _________________

STR: I bench 2 dumbbells with 15kg 15 times on an angular bench.
DEF: hmm, maybe 150 crunches in 2 minutes? at least 42 situps in 30 seconds (if someone holds feet)
MAG: 0 meditation.
SPD: didn't understand what you said there 2900m in 12 min
END: erm... in 2 minutes, maybe 2 times 40 push-ups?
AGI: 0 yoga
calculate this! _________________

basically, its not really more than that... you just focus on your breath and feel it go inside and outside your body. with enough exercise you stop thinking (dont expect it to be too long. its more like one or two seconds in the beginning). other impressions like smells, noises, memories or whatever should not be "locked" out. you just realize them but dont cling to them, let them go.
makes you almost resistand to stress and stuff. also, when you are stressed out, this greatly helps you to calm down again.
soooo, on-topic again:
id like to write down my stats too but i dont know any of them :/ well, maybe MAG and AGI but meh _________________

Meditation, by it's very nature, is limited to just that. The point is to stop thinking about everything, past or future and to just focus on the present. Clearing your mind, breathing deeply, relaxing your nerves, and so forth.
I don't believe that meditation can let you see into the future or anything like that (as some people do), it's just a good way to relax, and is good for you. Meditation has apparently been proven to help lower blood pressure and some stuff like that. _________________ Support me on Patreon!
