Videos 1,2, and 4 are clearly cases of police brutality. 3 and 5 are not. Police Brutality is defined as an "excessive use of force". This does not mean using a lot of force, it means exceeding the the maximum level of force without need. In the case of Video 5 the cop gave a clear instruction multiple times and was disobeyed, and so he used necessary force. He even warned the girl that he would have to use force if she did not comply. Even given the girls age, this is the same thing.

In the case of Video 3, there was barely any force used and he had a perfectly valid reason for arresting this kid. Indecent exposure. Which, of course, makes him racist.

i dont understand what was going on in video 1 but those guys didnt fuck around, damn...

also, video 2 has been deleted.

video 3 was also kinda weird.

video 4 didnt look too bad but you saw a scratch this dude might have gotten from the fall. well, i can see why she did it. she looked frustrated and skaters dont give a fuck about "do not skate" signs so she justed made her point clear. just a little too clear.

video 5: well, i guess she had it comming. she just refused to do what the policeman said and i actually appreciate his patience with her.
