I saw something like that happen in pro wrestling once... _________________ "...at first it's fine and you think you have a dark side – it's exciting – and then you realise the dark side wins every time if you decide to indulge in it. We use jelly here. Incidentally what is the difference between jelly, jam and marmalade? |
jelly and jam are quite different. jelly is less sweet, less concentrated, and mostly comes in the form of crystals which you then mix with water. jam is just a spread. marmalade is similar to jam, but im not sure on the details.
wow, thats such a crappy explanation _________________

More to the point, jelly is made from fruit juice, jam is made from pureed fruit (which I think is boiled down), and marmalade from citrus rinds.
Jam and marmalade aren't gel-like, so they spread easier. _________________
