          | Well we're a week and change away from the best day of the year imo, so let's talk Halloween costumes? Not specific outfits but... archetypes! For me I really enjoy ALL of these in their own way, but if I had to choose, I love the fear factor the most, so keep it creepy. _________________

          | We do have Hallowe'en here in the UK, though admittedly it's a fairly recent import from the US. Trick-or-treating and dressing up in costumes was never really a thing kids did much at this time of year, even when I was a kid (in the 80s btw), but in the last 20 or so year it's really taken off over here.
I guess if I was a kid now, and it was Hallowe'en...I'd go funny/cute, or possibly pop culture.

Ahhh who am I kidding, I'd be wearing something Doctor Who themed, and I know it!

          | Probably more cosplay than anything. For the most part, save for a few of my costumes when I was a kid, were all hand made and of cartoon characters and the like. Sexy costumes are eh, and more "look how skanky we can look trying to be a non-skanky character lulz" to me... :\ _________________

          | For Halloween, I usually go with Creepy/Popculture, but I only seldomly dresss up. Harry Potter twice by now. This year, last minute, I got some pirate accessoires, and I unbuttoned 4 buttons on my shirt, that's why I voted for sexy ^^ it's the only time you can pull this off.
For carneval, I like nerdy/ironic/popculture stuff. This year, I'll dress up as Hipster Luigi
