Which, Chrono Cross or FFXI? Because despite the huge QoL changes they made, XI is still a very old MMO that takes quite a bit lol.

I can say without a doubt though that if you enjoyed XIV's Shadowbringers (and who didn't, it was great and I know you love it) I kept saying to my other XI playing friends "holy shit this is like Zilart and Promathia rolled into one and I LOVE IT." so I can say those are worth it + Treasures of Aht Urgahn.

We've been playing through Legend of Mana, as well as Darksiders Warmastered on Switch. Slowly working our way through Tales of Vesperia DE too.

FFXI. And the thing is, I'm fairly tolerate for outdated gaming systems. I grew up playing games on an IBM 386. I gather that it's very menu heavy and clunky.

Furthermore, I believe a good story can make you go through rough or punishing game systems. I beat Risen 1. Laughing

It is incredibly menu-heavy. You also don't get gil very easily and there's no quest markers - gotta use the ol' FFXIclopedia Laughing but hey, if I'm still playing when you decide to try it out (and yes, there is a free trial, but I'm not sure how it works) lemme know. I'll hook you up with a Gold World Pass.

We've heard about it. We're kind of hyped for it, as we think it's a beautiful
underrated game that deserves more love.

They released a port of Goldeneye 64 and I played that Last month. Finished it in 4 days. Couldnt believe how much of that game i remembered after having not played it in over 20 years.

Today I downloaded the Resident Evil 4 remake demo and gave that a go. Pretty good, waiting for the rest of the game to come out at the end of the month.

Theatrhythm. Friend got me playing Fallout 76 again too, now that Bethesda made it an actual game after like, 4 years of its release Laughing

I also have the new Star Ocean to play at some point, but I think I want to do a big play of all of the games soon too.

We've been playing through card battle RPGs Neoverse and SteamWorld Quest: The Hand of Gilgamech.
- Yuri

Also getting real 'kin feels playing as Fran in Final Fantasy XII. Disgaea and Phantom Brave is also fun.
