Concerts 2025

I'm a huge deadmau5-fan and really listen a lot to his music, especially the older and more calm songs. I never saw him live though, he almost never comes to germany. so me and my best mate always wanted to see him live and we started looking through his tour dates since after covid.

and now he's coming to the junction 2 festival in london on july 25th, and we said fuck it let's do it. who knows if we ever get another chance, neither he nor we are young anymore we fly to london on the morning of the 25th, check in the hotel and go to the festival which starts at 12 o'clock. we return the next morning after a nights rest. I'm pretty excited!

what are some concerts you're checking out in 2025?

Sonata Arctica is gonna be close to me in a few months, I really want to go haha. I don't know if I'll be able to, but boy do I want to.

so you want to see a european band and I wanna see a canadian artist just goes to show that live music can't be replaced by the internet!

I've seen them before, like a decade ago, when they were touring with Dragonforce! But that was forever ago It's true, though, seeing a livestream or something isn't the same as seeing it live.

Found out Hammerfall was in town the night of the show... when I was on my way to another show. Kicking myself for missing that one.

The first time I saw them they were pretty great! The last concert that I saw before getting married was Emilie Autumn in 2013, so it's been a hot minute since I've done anything concert-related lol. But I heard some of the new stuff from Sonata and was like "man I want to see them!" They're playing around my anniversary, so maybe?? We'll see.
