Just attack patterns and stuff. Not really much "strategy", exactly. Just don't get hit. _________________

and timings and stuff for games like that ... best example of a strat that i can think of for a FF game is if you're fighting monsters that only cast magic and can't do anything else ... either cast reflect on yourself ... or silence on them ... thats one grade a strategy right there _________________ It's high time I revised this signature. |

I've played and beaten all three games (IOG on snes, SB and Terra on ROM)
.. since I knew about IOG before the other games, i'd have to say it's my favorite, next too terra.
but, soul blazer was ok, I guess. But imo, it wasn't as good as the other games. The storyline lacked, and it was kinda too linear. _________________ Whenever there's light, there are shadows.

that's basic stratagy... stratagy doesn't have to be only in turned based games. you can apply stratagy in your everyday life _________________

like waiting till you see someone before throwing eggs at em .. instead of just randomly throwing eggs and hoping you'll hit someone _________________ It's high time I revised this signature. |

Does anyone else here actually still play them? I never go a month without touching one of them... Maybe I just have issues. _________________ Overwhelmed with gestalt possibilities... |

I've beat Soul Blazer twice, and IoG god knows how many times, but never Terranigma... It's said. I got up to the very end of chapter 3... My PC was trash then, so the frameskip was horrible. I've got a much better PC now, and a good controller for it, so I guess it's about time I finally get around to it... _________________ Overwhelmed with gestalt possibilities... |

That just doesn't flow with Devil Jin... Makes me imagine Devil Jin trying to make that face, which just makes him even scarier... _________________ Overwhelmed with gestalt possibilities... |
