I always found Clay Aiken's "Invisible" song kinda creepy.
If you listen to the lyrics, he sounds like a joyful rapist.
Quote: | If I was invisible
Then I could just watch you in your room
If I was invincible
I'd make you mine tonight
If hearts were unbreakable
Then I could just tell you where I stand
I would be the smartest man
If I was invisible
(Wait..I already am) |

Every Breath You Take by The Police
On the same lines as Invisible. Do you know how many people used it as a wedding song, and didn't even realize it was about a creepy stalker?
Also, most songs by Sublime, like Date Rape. _________________ "...at first it's fine and you think you have a dark side – it's exciting – and then you realise the dark side wins every time if you decide to indulge in it. It's also a completely different way of living when you know that...a different species of person." - Lana Del Rey

While it's really weird, I think the guy singing in "Invisible" has a self-confidence problem and that's mainly about.
He's "Invisible" in the same sense as the narrator in the Aquabats!
The Invisible Man.
Starts around the thirteenth second mark after the stupidly loud and unrelated intro, I recommend paying no attention to the equally unrelated video.
Of course I'm sure you already knew that, I just wanted an excuse to post that awesome song |
