that ghost-thingy also has a resemblance to the zora prince and Laruto (WW sage). so we can't really know...
but how does she resemble the master sword?

i just visited a site that is also making connections in this...

that girl does have a striking resemblance to the master sword:

The point on her head is the edge of the blade

Her cloak is that... thingy... whats it called... ugh i cant think of it right now >_<

The diamond and the gold line at the very base of the blade connecting to the hilt

The bottom of her dress is at the top end of the handle

The crisscross pattern on her legs is on the handle

looks like she IS the master sword, as everybody claims

True, but it's mostly because of the Wii motion controls. Since most people are right-handed, they are making a game that reflects that.

It's not like it's difficult to create a "mirror" to accomplish that.

But at the same time, it doesn't seem like something Nintendo would necessarily do, so we'll see.

And this looks ok, but having a living item kinda gets annoying (cue minish cap where your hat will do unavoidable tap 'a' kaepora gaebora cutscenes)

Updates on Zelda Wii:

We wont see Zelda Wii in 2010. At least we got Zelda Spirit Tracks, two new Mario Bros. games, and Metroid: Other M on way soon.

Not necessarily. They just say it's not 'committed' yet. They probably don't want to go making promises too soon.

Perhaps they are planning to hold Zelda Wii until Wii 2 come out just like Zelda: TP with Wii and Gamecube. There is a rumor on Nintendo is work on Wii 2 right now. But it is too early to tell or lack of more sources to confirm the rumor. Reggie said "There is no Wii HD" as in the news today after I checked the internet for Wii 2 to make sure.
