Billy Mayes. Yup, that's right.
The super loud guy on commercials who advertised for things like Oxy Clean or other useful home appliances. Unlike some very annoying people on TV, this guy was likeable.
I was told yesterday that deaths usually come in 3's in the same week. How many people died this week? 4?

Well that's okay, we just need to kill two more celebrities. then it will be two sets of three.
Things To Do Today:
Drive to Jack Thompson's place.
Drive to that annoying ShamWow guy's place.

How the hell did he die? On TV, he's always this super loud advertiser on stuff like Oxy Clean or other useful home appliances. Unlike some very annoying people on TV, this guy was somehow tolerable.
So did someone kill him? Was it allergic reaction to a cleaner?
I was told yesterday that deaths usually come in 3's in the same week. How many people died this week? 4? Yeesh... |
I'll make this stranger. Everything comes in three's, right?
Ed McMahon was 82. Farrah I believe was sixty-two.
BOTH BILLY MAYES AND MICHAEL JACKSON WERE FIFTY.
So, we may be looking at least another two deaths, one a fifty year old. That would without a doubt prove the "Three" rule.
Despite all this, this really sucks. People are dying left and right these days... _________________ "...at first it's fine and you think you have a dark side – it's exciting – and then you realise the dark side wins every time if you decide to indulge in it. I'll miss Billy Mayes' freaky enthusiasm for Oxyclean.
I only ever really knew him as "that bearded guy that's always yelling at you", but he sure did make infomercials entertaining. _________________

Somebody said that Jeff Goldblum died and I saw on CNN that Fred Travalena died from cancer. How old were they? _________________ Current Avatar commissioned work by Seiken Arts.

A quick IMDB search told me he was 66. Rather tragic all these people dying in the same week's time... _________________ "...at first it's fine and you think you have a dark side – it's exciting – and then you realise the dark side wins every time if you decide to indulge in it. Is it wrong that his death shocked me more than Michael Jackson's did? _________________ Whenever there's light, there are shadows.

Nope, not wrong.
No celebrity death shocked me after all. Hell, even 9/11 didn't shock me! Am I wrong? Nope! |

No, but if you lived in New York or New Jersey (as I do), you'd be scared shitless. I went to the beach- there's one near the house I used to live in- and the entire city seemed to have been clouded over. It stayed that way for almost two weeks, this cloudy, foggy look. The water had been contaminated, too- you could see flecks and actually taste the dust inside. I'm surprised I haven't heard of anyone contacting mesotheleomia, from all that asbestos and shit.
No, it shouldn't have shocked you. There's a difference to being shocked and being unemotional about it- did you feel bad for all those lives lost? If not, then that would make you "Heartless and cold," and Deathpit put it. _________________ "...at first it's fine and you think you have a dark side – it's exciting – and then you realise the dark side wins every time if you decide to indulge in it.
