I've lately seen a lot of videos on Youtube about a secret nazi stage, a Laser Suit, a bonus Top Secret Area and so forth.

Laser Suit and Top Secret Area are openly fake. They are hacks by Lunar Magic.

The secret Nazi stage is less open about it and tries to pass it off as real, but being the skeptic that I am, I assume its fake. I will try to do the steps to access this nazi stage, but I doubt it will work.

Anybody know any other cool Mario hacks, fake levels trying to pass themselves off as real, etc?

If you mean the third picture of Zelda and Link, it's a Lucky Star parody of the actual Lucky Star opening. Can't find a full animated version of the parody, just stills that someone probably altered.

SMW's Top Secret Area actually exists.. but isn't like the one in the video...
Laser suit is fake, that stage doesn't exists, its a hack.
¿Nazi Stage? I haven't see any stage like this while editing with Lunar Magic.. so that stage just doesn't exists in the real game. Fake.

SMW editing is so fun and interesting... But i dont know why to make those videos and creating rumors... lol

...and now that I've had time to actually see these, that top secret area is really there. I have it on my physical cart of the game.

Also, you can never rickroll me, seeing as how I love the song ANYWAY (I rickrolled everyone friended with me on MySpace anyway 8D)

I had that once in a playlist, but it's removed as far as I remember. I'll search when I'm at home.
