Nope, its a quote of some VERY old game...not shure which one, but I read an article about "all your base are belong to us" on Wikipedia |
It's Zero Wing ... the game that even today inherits the title of the worst localization ever ^^. The second worst was the german version of TES4: Oblivion ... a modernversion of a complete fuck-up ^^.

I know it's not the worst, but Tales of Phantasia's USA GBA's localization sucked ass.
Why not create a topic about hilariously bad localization jobs?

Zero Wing. The game was Zero Wing for the Sega Genesis. Sad I know that off-hand. But then again, I'm a freak.

 They took out my favourite part. Arche getting drunk and having a dirty dream about Cless = WIN. I'm sure they took out Klarth's line about how Arche probably 'fucks like a tiger'. D:
