So, any Tales fans out there?
Ok, I gotta be honest, I'm not one, but my best friend is and since I'm the one always keeping up with video game news, I found this bit of info rather interesting...
Tales of the Heart is about to be released in Japan for the Nintendo DS as TWO SEPERATE VERSIONS. But unlike most games, the versions will have the same story, gameplay, features, and there will be no bonus items in either version. So what's different?
Cutscenes.
Apparently, Version A will have the classic Anime style cutscenes, whereas Version B will have new CG cutscenes. So.... yeah....
Is anyone actually excited about this? By which I mean to say is there anyone out there who's a big enough Tales fan to buy both? (I'm not dogging on Tales, I swear) _________________

...HUH. I didn't know that was coming out at all, nor did I know about the different versions thing. I'm looking forward to Tales of Vesperia, though I'm not looking forward to it being out on the 360 (I'm not an X-Box fan at all). _________________

I haven't played many Tales games, but I did enjoy them.
To this day though, I still haven't gotten all the way through Phantasia (though I always swore I would some day).
Symphonia was a good time, and I'm definitely looking forward to its sequel.
I was hoping for a Western release for Tempest, but I've heard it's average at best.
And from what I just read (literally a few minutes ago), Innocence won't be released in the West.
I wish Namco wouldn't deny worldwide releases. There are a lot of fans that want these games, but the company can't be arsed to deliver.
Disappointing. _________________

Actually, I heard that the success of Vesperia in Japan caused the 360 sales to spike enough to outsell the PS3 for a week.
And the Xbox 360 isn't so bad. I the downloadable arcade remakes! _________________

I haven't beaten Phantasia either. I'm stuck at Odin's Tower. Damn good game though.
And god damn it Namco. D: Why you gotta deny me my Tales games? _________________

I never made it through the ice dungeon in Tales of Phantasia. Too bad, since I really liked the game and the battle system. _________________

Tales of Phantasia was a great game, but for some reason the difficulty seemed to jump around a lot for me as i went through it.
still its the only Tales game I've ever played, i don't have money to go out and buy other ones. Still I've heard only good things about the series _________________ Touch it and Die
