Well this is what happens:

We know zombies are slow. However, acording to the expert zombists, the speed of the zombie is less the older they are, unless they are more than 1000 years, in which case every year makes it more powerful, so since they are fresh, they have just dies(but who does disco these days?) so their speed is almost the speed as when they were alive, but of course, they can't run. Also the disco streching gives them a bost of speed + 1, so they can walk just as when they were alive. Also they break and stuff and their spare parts have minds of their own.

We know that each certified hooker carries at least 3 STDs. So, it's itchy down there(sounds like something Joan would say XD), thus, making their movements, while fast, not very accurate. But they are bionic, so the mechanical parts are very accurate, but ever slower than the zombies. And, they are from mars, which allows them to breath hidrogen so, however they aren't used to our planet's gravity.

It would be an even fight.

The zombies would get their STDs. They would become zombies. However, since being zombies would make them more vulnerable, in the end all of them are zombies and the STDs finish with their zombies bodies.
