Anything is better than FPS, unless you're trying to kill your friends in multiplayer. _________________

Me (as customer) : "Actually, this guy is full of shit and doesn't know anything. Halo is really just like the other 400 million FPS games out there. And if another FPS clone is the best thing on the system, well.... kind of says something about the rest of the library, eh?"
Then I'd call the employee a n00b and knock over the stack of game magazines. _________________

Lol the guy who normally says this is the owner.
The other guy who works there is an RPG fanatic. As long as it's good, he'll play it. _________________

i think farcry more realistic ... most fps when you're holding the fun and sniping it stays still as a rock that isn't flying through the air at Axe's head ... where in farcry it actually moves to account for breathing and junk _________________ It's high time I revised this signature. |

I don't think the GC controllers are bad either.
I don't really like the Gamecube's selection (there are only about a dozen I like) though. I don't like the Xbox's either though. I like the PS2 best...
I think they have the best story-driven games and best characters. _________________

^ Now that's an opinion I'll listen to. An actual reason for preferring one system over the other, iinstead of cheap insults about graphics. _________________

Guess again, Gamecube's graphic chip generating more sharp images than PS2 does. That's why Evil Resident 4 released for Gamecube first before PS2.
You're better not mention any of 'Halo' or xbox games or I'll force you eat whole Xbox as dinner! They made me sick since most players start post more 'Halo' or xbox game topics than others. Most players asking each others for Halo multplayer game but only me doesn't have a xbox in my room! I'm rather wait for Nintendo's big surprise on E3 this May.
Damn it, you shity Mircosoft! _________________

Whoa.... I got new issue of Game Informer contain information on 'Revolution' controllers. It drops a whoop' shock bomb on me!
Game Infomer said that 'Revolution' controllers has no standard analog sticks or mashing buttons. Like Nintendo DS, they use touch screens so game developers able to configure the buttons to fit each games such as FPS or flight games.
That's quite shock for me....
Let me ask you a question... when you play the game with standard controllers with mashing buttons...did you get 'finger-aches' from them so often? _________________

Myself, no. Unless I'm playing a game where there's an actual reason to be tapping the same button repeatedly.... like if you're playing a Street Fighter game, and you use Blanka's electricity (repeatedly tapping punch).... keep it up long enough and of course your finger will get sore.
But as for actually playing a standard game through, like Zelda.... no. _________________

The new Zelda on the Revolution and using a Stylus to move him around would suck though. I'm not very good at playing Mario 64DS on the DS with a Stylus, so playing a Zelda game with a Stylus would suck. _________________

Yeah, I can't imagine a Zelda game with anything other than the standard controls. Poking and stabbing you way through with a pen just wouldn't feel the same. _________________

I dont think you dont need an stylus. Just your ol' fingers like you do with standard controllers. Using stylus is only option. On Mario 64 DS, I found stylus isnt my thing and turn to D-pad. Sometimes I take some time to get used to new devices like touch screens. Boy, it reminds me of coolest touch screen over computer monitor when playing the checkers game.
Some day, keyboards will be replace with touch screens just like computers in Star Trek Next Generation.
I'll piss off if they use voice-operating feature. _________________
