I just filed my taxes and the government is giving me all $419 of my taxes in a refund. I want some of that to go to my college fund, but i want to buy one cool gadget. I'm leaning towards a camcorder (I need one to edit a bunch of old tapes I have), but I'm not 100% about that.

Any ideas?

Oh, and I've resolved not to spend any of this money on a video game system. I have a Gamecube and PSOne emulator, and that's all I need right now. I don't play many video games nowadays anyways.

I would definitely go for the camcorder then. Especially if you already have an idea of what to use it for.

I'm also about to get my taxes back. I'm getting back $1,200, but unfortunately in my case, it all goes to paying off loans Sad

if you want a camcorder you should get that. in the way of gadgets, there arent really that many useful choices. most practical i can think of off the top of my head would be a phone, camera of some sort or a mp3 player. that is if you arent into music. if you are, the world opens up to all the fun recording gadgets available.

if you want the camcorder more, that would easily be the best decision on the table though.

And yes... and asian woman would be a good purchase. They do everything! Cook, clean, bend over... well it gets a little graphic from there, but then the infomercial did follow a half-hour long promo for girls gone wild so what do you expect? Laughing

PS: Apologies to any asian women/ decent people on these boards. Very Happy
