Sounds pretty amazing to me. If you'd like I could probably try getting one of my music pirates of friends to go out and try to find if, but it'll probably be a while before i get to talk to any of them. _________________ Touch it and Die

With the Marble Zone, most def. But I felt the Green Hill Zone lacked a certain punch. Frankly, I believe there is some video game music that you can't orchestrate and keep the same feel, and the Sonic one almost proved that completely. _________________ Support me on Patreon!

Sonic belongs in the world of Rock. You can't orchestrate it. Same with Mega Man. _________________

nothing belongs in the world of rock :/
and if I learned one thing in music history: you can orchestrate everything, even electronic music. orchestra is the most beautiful and complete form of music! _________________

LIES!
imo anything can be made to sound awesome if done in rock/metal.
and although i agree with the fact that orchestral music is very good, if you combine orchestra and metal (ie SYMPHONIC METAL) the results are awe-inspiringly epic.
on a side note, zelda has to be one of the best things ever to be played by an orchestra _________________

C'mon Psycho, listen to this and tell me to the face this is NOT the most awesome thing you've ever heard!
Virt - Blood of Ganon
Megaman and Sonic remixes are awesome!
The symphonic verison of ONe Winged Angel makes no Sense whatsoever, since its not far from the original... |

I'm sorry, but definetely not the drums and the guitar are not harmonical, the bpm in some parts reach the "only personal taste"-level several times. and it sounds very artificial.

that's just impossible. how can an opera or electronic music sound more awesome in rock/metal?
never mix the mechanical component in music with your personal taste, because everybody has it's own, and you can only evaluate music in their technical assembly. I always advise people to try to clap an quaver, or at least a quarter measure, if they can't they can't estimate music _________________

wise words. but anyone can clap a quarter measure if they clap in time with themselves. different tempo and all.
and for convincing... well ill try...

ok I mean clap a quarter measure in a actual quarter measure and not in different tempo (btw, what does that mean quarter measure IS a tempo). very little people can do that actually.
your song is a lot more melodic than blades (sorry^^), at least from the 2nd minute. until then it's too much RATATATA. still, I'd say metal is the lowest form of rock _________________

This is like I'd say that DnB is the lowest form of electronical music.
But (and by this, I speak on a topic I've spent quite alot of time on) some forms of Metal are the most passionate in the whole town of "Rock".
95 % of Rock end at the "easy-listening", "broad audience MTV" barrier.
Metal (True Heavy Metal, not the Bullet for my Valentine Slipknot crap) went further. It brought mindblowing musicians, movements, lifestyles, subcultures, awareness of life...it's the á la carte of amplified n distorted music.
And last time I heard the song, guitars and drums were harmonic.

Original
Final Fantasy VII - One Winged Angel
"Cover"
The Black Mages - One Winged Angel
Millions of FF-Fanboys can't be wrong
Oh, and if you like bpm, you can lend an ear to Aanal Nathrakh - Castigation and Betrayal
Yes, he's not singing, he's impersonating a dying human!

Stop clapping and learn an instrument
Largo (40 - 60 bpm), Lento, Grave, Adagio, Andante, Moderato (120 bpm), Allegretto, Allegro, Vivo, Presto, Prestissimo (220 bpm) are tempos.
You can clap 4/4 tacts in any tempo you want. If I clap in Largo, it'll take longer than if you clap in Prestissimo. Still, we're both clapping in the same tact.
Very little people on the internet actually know what they're talking about! |
