The head is chopped off, the legs are too small and the plaid thing is quite poor 
the head being chopped off thing doesn't matter for this ... i actually thought the legs were too big and the torso too small (the knees being about 1/3 of the body length, the thighs should be about same or bit bigger i think, so that leaves little room for an actual body ) ... and the plaid thing is quite poor (though i couldn't have done it that well )

the samurai? thanks, now that i look at I could of done a little more shading, and fixed the problem with the sword, if you look at it the angle looks like the sword goes through the leg.

Yeah, I guess that is true. It's odd for me when it comes to drawings though. I don't generally notice those details until someone points them out.
I guess since almost all drawings are a little sloppy in a way, I just sorta accept them the way they are more often than other people.
