Xbox!

Tell me I'm not the only Die hard fan of the Xbox on this forum. Because not only would that suck, you have all been "Sucked" into the mainstream...And you make god cry

But idiotic babble aside, Xbox is an awesome console. It kicks PS2 and GC's ass (In my opinion).

Don't get me wrong, I love Terranigma and Zelda and Metroid like anyone else, but nothing else cuts it for me.

Nintendo and Sony may have all the classics in the VG world, but for now Xbox most definitely has (Or will have, if you look at upcoming releases) better games and graphics.

And no, I don't like Halo 2. It's fun to play multiplayer, but thats about it. Single Player didn't suck, but it wasn't spectacular by far. And the music just blew ass in some parts (If you've ever watched Stargate SG-1 before, you know what I'm talking about...That slow, not fast paced music in a tense firefight).

But anyway, who else loves the Xbox?

i think graphics are overrated ... and there are no good rpg games that i've seen for it that i can think of ... i just think ps2 has the best selection and cube quite a good selection of rpg's and stuff ... ill play other games ... but to me they tend to get boring fast

Xbox games on the otherhand are quite dull, you've got your Desert Storms, your Halos, and other games that don't really appeal to me
Nintendo on the otherhand have been with me all my life until my teens, which switched over to Sony but now, I've got a PS2 and Gamecube and I'm loving it

I don't really like Xbox myself. But I don't like Halo either [even though I haven't played it]. I like Sony for FF and the neat puzzle and racing games they crank out.

I like GC for Super Smash Bros. and a couple other games but that is about it.

Better games? I doubt it.

Most of the X-Box's games can be found on other consoles / PC. And those that are exclusive to the console generally aren't that interesting. Of course, it does have a few gems (my lady friend tells me Fable is quite good, for one), but when it comes down to pure fun, I'd have to go with the cube.

But that's just me, it has games that are more my style. I find the other consoles focus too much on sports.

For me, the X-Box just isn't all that great of a console. Like it has been said, every game except the X-Box exclusives (such as DOA Beach Volleyball, Blinx, and Panzer Dragoon Orta) is available for all the other consoles.

There's only ONE game I would consider playing on the X-Box, and that's Blinx.

Plus, Bill Gates is the anti-Christ.

In all seriousness though, it hasn't been doing well in outher countries, save maybe Austrailia. In Japan, there wasn't a good reception, since they had better consoles.

And from what I've seen, the Box has some problems. One of my friends had one, and he couldn't do anything on it without it freezing (watching DVD's, playing games etc.)

So for me, PS2/GC are for me. Don't forget the old SNES/Genesis, since graphics just don't do it for me.

I dunno, for me, the graphics don't matter to me anymore. Just because a console brags that it has the best graphics in ALL EXISTANCE, I really don't give a flying rats tail.

I got a question, what does the Xbox has besides Halo? I mean which other games it has? Halo is all I hear about.

Besides Halo/Halo 2, I would guess it's most known for the Tom Clancy games, plus a whole slew of sports games. I won't bother listing them all here, but trust me; there's a lot.

There are a few good titles here and there, like Fable, Doom 3, etc., but those are two very different genres, and it really depends on what your bag is.

Other than that, I find most X-Box titles are mostly obscure action titles. Looking at a list of X-Box games here, there's a LOT of action games I've never even heard of.

Oh wait, I already downloaded it.

Anyway, I don't think that Microsoft should have gone into console games in the first place.

They lead in computer [i.e. non-console] games so why risk sinking a bunch of your hard earned gil into a possible pitfall of a risky business strategy.

If they spent all the money they had in Xbox and spent it on PC games, there would be so many more computer games now it would be crazy.
