I have a file on terranigma, and i never left the underworld, but i finished the game. I didnt cheat or use a gameshark or anything like that im 100% serious. explain.

Strictly speaking, you never left the Underworld.

nah it was on cartridge not emulator. I was the only one that played. and it wasnt a glitch. one of those guesses was warm but =)

the underworld refers to your basement, and not the Underworld in the game itself

yeah thats it haha. i finished terranigma the other day n had a file at the start, n i started a new one and finished it then thought hm i can make a brain teaser out of this i think lol, so i basically i just finished it on a dif file.

There's something wrong...when returning to the Underworld, you can't save your game there, so when picking the game up, you HAD to be in the Overworld!

yeah ur right, but i still had a save file in the underworld, and i just went to my file with columbus and went in and finished it. didnt specify where iw was up 2 when i finished it. dw i know my snes =)

ah, you have us on a technicality. as long as you never LEFT the underworld (finished chapter 1 in that sitting) you were free to load a game anywhere else in the game, and proceed to finish it.

Seriously you people! I suppose another possible solution is if he had his friend complete the prologue for him, it wouldn't have been him who LEFT, but rather his friend would have TAKEN him out, and then (as EP says) he would be free to return to the underworld without ever having LEFT it.
