Okay folks, I think you've about got the gist of the flow of the DnD.
Round 12 will be the last official Round. After that it will be a straight RP.
If I feel this is too chaotic, I may revert to the Round system, but I want to try it out.
Some new rules that will take effect after Round 12:
1. I am all NPCs. (You must hold actual conversations with me, via PM to get information you need.)
2. Stick to your servers. (You still must devote gameplay to your respective servers).
3. Suggested Options Still Here. (I will still suggest courses of actions, but you are not limited to timed rounds. This will mean more actions for some of you, and less of a rush for others.)
4. The world is yours. (Feel free to explore! You may be rewarded for your vigilance!)
5. Battle Events are still done via PM.
Here are some new formats to be aware of:
1. [PlayerName]
This message is intended for this player. I will PM you with a link to the most recent response if you are not online.
2. Story Event
This message is intended for everybody, and it will reveal key elements of the story, so pay attention to it!
Just remember some basic travel tips and you'll be fine:
Check Quest Houses for quests, shop with each new level, and get lots of information before setting out!

It sounds good, and should speed things up quite a bit.
The only concern I have is that people who aren't online every day may be at quite a disadvantage. That could really hold them back, especially if it's not their fault they can't get on. _________________

I'll probably limit the number of turns you can make per week. I was thinking no more than 5 ACTIONS per week.
ACTIONS include:
1. Moving somewhere in town.
2. Moving to another town.
3. Entering a battle event.
4. Accepting a quest.
5. Actions in a quest.
NON-ACTIONS include:
1. Having a conversation.
2. Reading a book.
3. Watching tutorial vids, resources.
4. Shopping.
In other words you can sit and chat with me as an NPC all day, but when you start doing something that involves moving or questing, you expend turns. _________________ Current Avatar commissioned work by Seiken Arts.

That sounds more fair. Players can accomplish more at a time, but no one gets an unfair advantage if they happen to have 6 hours to kill.
Sounds good to me.
Edit: A thought occurs: What if two players (like EP and myself, for example) make conflicting actions? If he were to do something that involves me, and my action is to go somewhere else? _________________

Parties are done via an agreement between two people. You can't say "EP does this". You can only say what you do.
For instance you could be like:
>I'm heading to North Cape. Come with me EP?
but EP could say
>No heading to Itory Village.
Etc. _________________ Current Avatar commissioned work by Seiken Arts.

So a case like in our server where I unilaterally handed an item to him only works if he agrees?
Understood. _________________

Man, I'm being all serious around here lately, it's weird.
Anyway, yeah, the whole "Myself and X go to A" would be godmoding unless it was discussed between the players and all. _________________

Lol. Ok ok, to make it more Raini-sounding: If you godmode, I will torture you slowly.
Better? _________________

It wasn't serious Godmoding. We were supposed to decide amongst ourselves who got an item; EP didn't care, Chicken didn't answer, so I made the choice and passed it off to someone else as part of my action (which was accepted, and worked in to the story by Jason).
But in the future, I can't do that, which is fine. From now on, whether we care or not, we'll have to decide stuff like that. _________________

@Freedan: Well it should be noted in a situation like that "I don't care" = "Yes".

Oh, I know. I know you wouldn't try that on my watch. _________________
