TerraEarth DnD: Version 1.2 updates

Okay, some slight updates, most of which you already know about, but let's make them official:

1. Rounds are gone.
You must now make your own choices and decisions and do so at your own pace. You may take no more than five actions (as in moving actions) per week. You may talk and explore your current area as often as you wish however, and battle events don't count.

2. Terminals
By now you should all have received your terminals. These will be keeping track of your progress. (Nefarious Server, you get them when you return to the Quest House). Check these periodically to make sure I haven't goofed up somewhere. Your stats are still kept on the site for all to see.

3. Multi-classing made fun and easy.
I've noticed a common confusion is multi-classing, so I'm cutting ship of the old idea and am making it easier for you guys to use. You may now select up to one sub-class and level your class and sub-class simultaneously

a. You can use ANY skills from your class and sub-class you've learned at any time.
b. You can only use Non-Combat skills from classes that aren't currently equipped.
c. You can only equip the items permitted by your primary class (unless you have an Equip non-combat skill active).


4. Data Disk Contents

Starting next week, you will gain access to view the Data Disk contents. This will provide backstory and useful information!


5. Dungeon Navigation

Dungeon Navigation will require less guess work from now on. A map of the dungeon will be presented for you, and you will choose the path you go on. Each area will be marked with percentage chances of an Encounter, Item, Trap and so forth.


6. Battle Events Now Play Out in Servers.

No more fishing for the latest battle info in your inbox. Battles play out directly in the servers now!

7. A special surprise...

There is another special surprise in store for you guys... but you'll have to wait a bit to learn!

Okay, here's something else you guys should be aware of. I am no longer using the Terminals to store your inventory and skills. Those have been added to your Character Sheets here on TE. It just didn't make sense to have your info divided between two places.

In all seriousness, what the hell was I thinking?
