I am thinking, why not use the Source engine as a base to create a TE action shooter? The idea is to have mission-based gameplay that is co-operative, the premise could be anything minor, clearing an area out of baddies, defending a location, finding a treasure, or just staying alive in an arena. If this is to happen, we'd need a team to put it together. I can write music and make sound effects for it as well design some of the game, but the following is required :
A coder who is familiar with the Source engine
A level designer/mapper
A texture artist
A modeler
Several testers
Someone who can host a dedicated server running the mod _________________

I know RPG Maker software and that's it. I am, sadly, not much of a programmer and as you know my level-design is lackluster. If we were using QBASIC I could code this thing up one side and down the other. (I grew up on DOS, mind you. A 386.)
I'd be glad to test it. I was actually starting work on a TE:FPS Using FPS Creator, but this would definitely be much more professional.
