So, science has determined that hot dogs are bad for you, finally blowing the lid off that mystery.

I can't imagine how often I ate these things as a kid. Even today, I still take in quite a few. I had 8 just a few days ago. It probably defies medical logic that I'm still alive.

Is there anything you do that you know is bad for you, but don't care? Besides the obvious, like smoking or something.

Me, my eating habits are terrible. I'll have way too much junk food in one sitting, and buy shit like that far more often than I should. Earlier today, I had 2 huge brownies, 2 donuts, and 4 butter tarts. That was my breakfast (or brunch, I guess). Strangely, I'm not that overweight. I could stand to lose a few pounds, of course, but I'm fairly well-proportioned. Maybe it's the physical nature of my job that lets me burn shit like that off. Meh/Worried

What are your self-inflicted health-killers?

actually, i try to avoid junk food as much as possible. i only drink water, for example (well, except the time im going out and have alcohol of course but thats the ONLY way i drink something like COLA... Yuck )

i could eat way more vegetables though...

My eating habits, as well. However, it differs from just junk food.

I wake up at 8-9-ish and don't eat anything until 2:30-3:00. Following that, my next meal will usually be around 8:30-9:30, but can sometimes be later. Some weekends I get so busy I only have one small meal a day.

I don't pace myself well. Come to think of it, I haven't eaten since 2:00 and here it is almost midnight.

Maybe that's why I'm 6'0" and only weigh 120lbs.

I usually have nothing in the mornings and don't eat until 1-2pm, depending on where I am work-wise. I'll eat Lunchables for lunch (hahahaha yeah, stfu they're good) and that's... usually it until I get home. Then I'll eat whatever was made for dinner.

Then again, I can't eat right after I wake up, or else I get really sick. :/

I have the same problem.

Oh, and Lunchables FTW! (though I tend to eat Taco Bell or a sammich for lunch)

God I hate it. Sad It's not nice to be hungry but know if I eat something, I'll get super sick. I like my food, I don't want to revisit it though.

...Lunchables are awesome. The mini sandwich ones they have are awesome. Very Happy I'll eat those or the cheese and cracker ones with the lol processed meat that will eventually kill me.

eating lunch at burger king or kfc every day when im at uni. i know its bad for me - thats why i try to eat subway occasionally too. but i hang out with a friend who hates salads.

yeah, bad eating habits. at least i exercise a bit... well, walking around uni counts... right?

90% of my food is healthy. I eat junk food once a week (on sunday evening) Very Happy I'd eat it more often, if it wouldn't lack carbohydrates so much. and if it wouldn't taste so artificial you can only eat it once a week Wink

I loved them as a kid.

An an adult, i've stopped eating them, along with all all processed-mystery meat foods, and lost over 30lbs in 9 months.

Don't miss them a bit.
