It depends on the retailer, but I know BBB you're told to push certain products on the customer. Anyone who worked for Gamestop would know this- if you didn't meet a certain quota of subscription sales you got shit for it. My sister works for BBB, she told me the corporate offices tell you to sell X amount of a certain product and, if you don't meet the quota, its hellfire and brimstone.

There is a certain need for some retail employees to push something, but some people just don't where the line is. :/

I forgot my last donation too, which sucks because not only did I get their stupid automated phone call telling me about it, I reminded myself of it before I left work that day.

@blade: pretty good. the training course itsself was bullshit (as expected), but we were in the city and drank everyday. felt like holidays or sth Confused
