Yep, I knew all the continents names when I was 10 years old (thanks to Terranigma).
Also, games made me feel things I would havent felt at this age...

Games like Age of Empires taught me alot about history etc...it was easy to learn this stuff with games....

And yeah, rent before buying is something I learned when I bought 'Wargods' for N64 instead of 'James Bond Golden eye'
Wargods SUCKED!! and Golden Eye, a friend of mine owned it, ruled...

oh! another thing I've learnt
sleep is for the weak! Evil or Very Mad
sleep is the only main distraction from playing video games
unless you dream about playing video games

And that's a shame too. I liked the art in the ads...

Games taught me whenever you die, just press start and you start over completely okay! That's why killing your friends and yourself in a shootout is okay because you are INVINCIBLE!!! Biting

I've learned that there are certain rules that platformers must follow:

- Every hero lives 3 times.
- Bad guys disappear without a trace when they're killed.
- Heroes can jump higher than their own height with ease.
- Heroes never get charged with assault or murder for killing things, nor are they charged with breaking and entering when storming a bad guy's fortress.

There's other things that I'll list later.

Edit: Here's some video game laws.

The art was good, but the game really sucked. Not only did I ever DIE when my life hit the big red 0, but unless the combat was done right, you were stuck in battles for ridiculous amounts of time (I was stuck in one battle for a goof half hour).

Anyways. There's always the t-shirt that my friend has that has "Things that Video Games have tought me". Too bad I can't remember anything on it.

But one thing that my friend's friend said did crack me up: "If you die, well, we'll just throw a feather on you, then you'll be ok."
