To me, DBZ = Too one-dimensional, predictable, etc.
I never really understood some people's rabid love for it; one of my friends is totally obsessed.
But I'll wait to see what comes from the merger; Namco's done some good work, and if they're involved, I'll hold out hope that they still will. _________________

Then you didn't need to acknowledge what I said. Just a general comment, not directed at anyone. _________________

but with what I said people could think that I knew that you didn't like dbz games and that I think they could use some improvements... which they do need too. _________________

^ I don't know what you're getting at any more, so I'll just leave it at:
Dragonball Z = overrated. _________________

But it is overrated... "OMG DA PLANTS GONNA 'SPLODE IN 5 MINUTES!"
..... 7 episodes later.....
"OMG THE PLANET WAS DESTROYED!"
It's the same storyline for every part of the show. I mean, yeah, magical girl shows are like that too (Sailor Moon), but DBZ went on for 300 episodes. It would have been half of that had the fights that were only supposed to last for 10 minutes didn't go on for 30 episodes... _________________

If you were talking to Raini, there was no need to bother with the comment. Could have saved some headaches.
^ And yes, I watched some DBZ to give it a fair shake; that description above is pretty accurate. The plot formula for an entire series (the Cell Saga, for example) could be summarized in a few lines. _________________

It was pretty much the same in the beginning...
That's why I liked DB and some of DBGT. DBGT was more like the original. _________________

I haven't seen much DB, but what I have seen shows that it was a lot less formulaic than DBZ. _________________

Pan's funny though.
DB is just kinda random. It has an actual plot with Emporer Pilaf. XD _________________
