I like Legion Saga a million x better than Suikoden and it's an RM2k game.

it may be a great game ... to you ... but others may not think so, yes? ... but i wouldn't have clue since i haven't play any and aren't planning on spending the money to do so ... don't say its sad just because some people may not feel the urge to skip a few bad/decent/good/etc(depending on preference) games just because you like em

What is sad is that some you call yourself rpg players and you never heard of the game before. and It's just not me who thinks that this is a good series, the least you could do is look around a bit and learn about them and their ranking and stuff. it's not just cause I like them they are good games and many people think so. At least look up some info on them before you try to tell me that I am only thinks they are good.

Way to blow it out of proportion.

No one said you're the only one who thinks they're great, only that not everyone does.

Not playing a certain game/series doesn't make someone any less of a fan of the genre. If you don't play a Castlevania game, does that mean you aren't a fan of platformers?

And again, the idea that the games are "great" is entirely your opinion. To you, some of us might be missing "a couple of great games". To us, they're just more RPG's among many.

Don't try telling me I'm any less of an RPG fan just because I haven't played all the same games you have, because that's completely false. And me not playing the series is "sad".... also false.

What about someone who didn't like RPG's?

I only tried Suikoden 3 so I can't say I like Legion Saga better than them all [I am still very interested in Suikoden 2 & 1] but I would NEVER go as far as to say "This game is good. It's fact, not just my opinion."

sorry for having to post links. and I was gearing this toward rpg players, not everyone. and when i said not just my opinion i mean tthat there are thousands who would agree with me. these games are not just enjoyed by small groups like the games here.

Interesting, but there's a lot of inconsistency among the reviews.... some rate the games near perfection, others rate the same game considerably lower. Again, it all comes down to opinion. That's all anyone has, because there is no fact.

No one can make an honest claim that a game is top quality, because there will always be someone who disagrees.

just like how terranigam , soul blazer, and illusions of gaia aren't that great either right?
