From the Lexos Link, the MegaVerse that I govern, here are some recurring characters that are not main characters:

Borgan
Head of the Borgan Crime Syndicate. He took over after his father died. While he has his hand in the most vile of trades, including the slave trade, he is not completely heartless.

In the Imperiad Wing, he has made a deal with eFlare, exchanging clemency for his crimes by providing information on the underworkings of the world to him. As a result, the Borgan Syndicate has all but been banished as an underworld power.

Chimera
Borgan's brother, and the head of the Chimera Clan. Chimera is younger and more reckless than Borgan. He started the Chimera Clan because of his anger at being passed over for the top spot in the Borgan Syndicate.

The Chimera Clan do mainly raids of smaller villages, but also contract out their elites to do all sorts of work. Chimera himself, while ruthless in combat, has a soft spot like his brother and is deeply loyal to his men.

Mr. Nagato
Head of the Nagato Crime Syndicate which claims residence in Watermia. Their front is the Desert Gambling Hall. Their main manner of crime is simple blue-collar theivery and the occassional tampering with the Watermia Senate. eFlare himself has said that his crimes are barely worth mentioning and that he "actually likes the guy".

Nagato is charismatic, charming, fun-loving and unbelievably kind and selfless... for a crime lord. He views his syndicate as more of a "rob from the rich, give to the poor" kind.

(more to come)

John Foster He existed in several of the universes. He runs a global conglomerate, InterCorp, which on several worlds has ties to crime, as well as producing highly secret weapons for the military. He is long since dead on TE: Prime, but his company developed the technology that allows interdimensional travel.

On TE: Superior, he has unconfirmed ties to the local RED initiate, although he has a outstanding public image as a man of the people, a forerunner for peace.

Uhm... that's really it so far...
