That's rather MORBID, wouldn't you say? I like how they turn it into a smiley face... like it's something to get excited about, y'know?
The title might as well read: "Don't just guess, be HIV positive!"

*Groans* That was terrible.....so terrible, it could've been something *I* said. 
Well, I don't need to take the test, thankfully. You can't catch it if you've never had sex or a blood transfusion. (about one of the few good things of being a virgin in this day and age, I think).
