But did she actually clearly state in the auction description that the item being bid on was a photo of a phone?

I've come across a few legitimate auctions for Terranigma game BOXES. Yep, that's right, they actually say "This auction is not for the game itself, just the box", and yet they're still trying to sell it for say $50, it's insane.
