ok... so I have the soul blazer rom... but when I get the light soul (before boss 2) it doesnt work 
and I need it to find the items for phoenix ...
even when I use a game code phoenix wont work
please help |

How exactly do you mean, Neph, that it doesn't work? What do you do, and what precisely happens on the screen?
Also, which emulator are you using? ZSNES, SNES9x, I'm sure there are others I've not even heard of....

sorry lol  I didnt explain enough
um I think ur meant to get the light soul by talking to the mole in the animal world (he says something like he light up darkness) but when I go to the dark room (just before the boss) the light doesnt work everything is all dark and i happened to find the boss room out of pure chance lol
and i am using the ZSNES emulator |

The Souls are automatic. So long as it appears in the Select-button screen, it should work.

Also a stupid question, but is it possible that one of the graphics switches was accidentally turned off?
Though if memory serves, ZSNES has a general 'sprite' switch, which would make all the characters disappear, so probably not.

Yes sir. If you got the soul, and it is needed on a particular screen (IE: Invisible wall room) it will automatically turn on for that screen.
