i have to admit, it really LOOKS like a really old cell phone. but... time travel? also, looking at the size of it, this guy has one of the first cellphones ever made in his hand. so why traveling just a few years back in time?
also, how could he be talking to anyone? if there arent any providers OR OTHER PEOPLE WHO HAVE CELLPHONES...? and i never heard of time-travel-talk

This is actual film footage from the roaring 20's. It was shot outside of a premiere of a Charlie Chaplan film. (This film was discovered from bonus materials on a new or recently released Charlie Chaplan film set) The film is legit... but the theory (probably) isn't.
