What's with fuzzy handcuffs anyway? 
I've heard a great deal about that stuff.
There are a few practices that confuse and frighten me (well not really):
Suspension (being hung from a place, duh)
well there are others, but that's all I can think of for now.

No idea. Fuzzy handcuffs are just cooler than regular handcuffs. They don't hurt as much, and if you're ticklish, the fuzzy stuffs can tickle you, and that's torture enough.

P.S: why would you put rubberbands on the boobs...that could really hurt...
it works with males and their penises, the rubberband holds the blood in the organ so they can stay erect for long periods of time but desensitizes the orgasm due to the blockage of the semen flowing resulting in a very strained sensation...

Hehe, the ruberbands works like ropes, with more elasticity.  Lubrication is needed for it to be not painful though, these things grinding against the skin without any form of lube can really hurt
