...And I'm looking to fill the phone with new ringtones without breaking the bank. Anyone know any good sites that are LEGAL and CHEAP to find actual song ringtones that aren't going to kill my wallet?

i dont know about actual ringtones, but why not just use song mp3s? if you own the songs (on iTunes or CD or whatever) just copy it over and use it. can always hack it apart with some editing software if you only want a specific part. shouldnt be any legal issues with that since youre not redistributing it or anything

Well, my phone doesn't exactly have a usb port of anything... so I'm not even sure how I would go about that, unfortunately.

Totally free, totally legal. Make your own ringtones with mp3s you already own. It's legal as long as you notify them that it is copyrighted content so they don't propogate it on the site.

You can also make your own and propogate them.
