Solo Crisis, the Lost Quintet Game

I'm playing it. It's a simulation/strategy game.

It's a lot like Actraiser, and has about as much of a plot. Maybe a hair less, even. And it's DIFFICULT. Every new map I look at is accompanied by a sinking feeling. For instance, I'm currently working on one where my city is located in a dry lake bed, which the enemies could easily fill with water. Inevitably, my city gets destroyed. Sigh.

I hadn't even heard about this game until someone mentioned it on Caves of Narshe. It seems cool though, was it ever released in Europe?
