i prefer Terranigma because it feels like you got a lot more options.

First Boss: Ah, FRESH MEAT!
Blazer: Oh yeah, I'll show YOU! *chop, ting*
First Boss: ... the hell was that? I'll show you how to hit something with a sword! *CHOP!*
Blazer: AHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!! YOU CUT OFF MY ARM YOU FREAK!
First Boss: Oh, did I? Well, that's how you use the sword. Much like... THIS! *Chops Blazer up into a zillion meaty pieces* See? Hope you learned something from all this.

^ That's pretty much how it goes every time.

No, see, that's what they transmit to my brain. They don't say that text in-game, since it's too descriptive for little kids. Razz

I can see how Terranigma is fun in how you change weapons and armor. And your character is a walking base of experience point levels, items, maps, things like that. In this case the character Ark actually is with his magic box. And I'm starting to like the gameplay and features a little better than Evermore, to compare to a similar game. They're both comparable, but in Terranigma, I don't have to wait for some power meter to go up before hitting an enemy with full damage.

There is some witty and even a little sarcastic humor in Terranigma though. I dunno I guess I'm always hoping for the ultimate epic fantasy experience where at least the characters are in awe, if not me. But this is alright.

I can see a lot of work has been put into this game. I wish I could make my own game like this with dungeons and such. I'm sure games like this wouldn't sell that much these days and I'm not looking to actually get a job doing this. But with games like the Sims out there, I'm sure they can make and market a fantasy gaming program like this idea.
