Irwin Kershner directed Empire Strikes Back, if I'm not mistaken. And yes, he had screenwriters fix up his scripts for episodes 5 and 6, just as he got two new directors.

I saw ROTS, and I didn't like it. Hayden's a weak actor, and really didn't fit the role. Ewan McGregor did the role justice, and alot of the effects (And battles) are the best to date. But the ending was just simply weak, and goes against the plot of the 6th film (Something that had been said... it's a long story, I won't get into it) but yeah, the film was all right, the fight scenes were pretty awsome (But the end of the "Best" fight was too anti-climatic for my tastes.)

Definately worth a watch if you like Star Wars or action films.

Of course he is. I hated him in the second part of the new trilogy.

Though I heard the end of the movie was REALLY corny. Very Happy

This guy at work kept saying stuff about how he took all these kids to see the movie, because they wanted to see

(SPOILER!)

Darth Vader return. But he didn't appear until the very end, and it was really rather stupid.

Oh, and on a side note.... he said the only thing that saved the movie was "Uhm, err... that small green guy, Yogurt."

I have no idea. All I know is that I read it somewhere that Mel himself said "Spaceballs 2 will be out 6 months to a year after Episode 3 is released."

I don't see it working. Their all twenty years older than they were when that movie came out, and, in all honesty, unless it's some kind of prequel, I don't think it'll work. Also, most of the actors in that movie, I haven't seen do anything in years. (Rick Moranis and Bill Pullman come to mind here)

Most likely a prequel. All I know is that it's coming out.
