I am Caster, some random nerd who "stumbled" (was directed here by a friend) on this site. I know USHHG and Jason. Yeah... that's about it. I'm into Star Wars, filmmaking, and sitting around doing nothing. |

Of course it does, you're here.
Burn + 1.
So, welcome to the new guy. I'm the Canadian guy named after a video game character. _________________

and for no reason
Burn.value = Burn.value + 1
though im unsure if the .unsure is the right thing ... might have been something else _________________ It's high time I revised this signature. |

Unless Burn has been predefined to contain a form object there is no use for ".value"
Also, it's easier to just do: Burn++
Definition of ++:
++ is incrementing the value of the pre-, suffixed variable by one at each iteration and return the value. Prefixing will increase the value as it's first action, followed by returning the new value. Suffixing will return the original value first, after returning it will increase the value.
Special character -- provides the same functionality, with the difference that it decreases the value.
Another wise lesson from eFlare

lol, I did not know all that, I only said the very little I knew from VB6, but I can't remember if its supposed to be .value or .somethingelse . I only really learnt enough to make a really simple text based game (I got an A ) and had the most advanced on in the class. (Shows how stupid we Australians are if I were the best at something ) And since Axe decided to copy my idea but didn't know how he had to come to me for help , also a few other people did but with different types of simple games. Even mine was buggy though and there was a boatload of redundant code, but it happens .

For those of us in Qbasic:
DIM SHARED Burn
call burnmode
SUB burnmode
Burn = Burn + 1
END SUB
For those of us in Java:
public void burnmode
{Burn++
}
And for those of us who speak binary
10011101
10110110
11011011
Actually, I don't speak binary, I just made that up. There are 10 types of people in the world, those who speak binary (1) and those who don't (0).
Welcome Caster, how's REC? His homepage is hosting some films of mine as well as some of my favorites. _________________ Current Avatar commissioned work by Seiken Arts.

That's not the joke actually. The clue is that binary 10 stands for decimal 2. So it says "There are 2 types of people in..." when you read it as a binary number. _________________ ...
